Do I choose every piece of furniture?
No. You choose the overall design direction, preferred style, colours, atmosphere and furnishing standard. HOME NOW DESIGN then selects the individual products required to create the agreed result.
Can I choose specific products?
Specific requirements can be discussed during the project definition stage. However, HOME NOW DESIGN is a turnkey package service rather than an item-by-item furniture purchasing service.
Do you provide an itemised price for every product?
Our commercial model is based on a complete furnishing package and an agreed project scope. The package price applies to the complete turnkey result rather than individual furniture items being priced and settled separately.
What happens if a product becomes unavailable?
Product availability in the Dominican Republic can change. HOME NOW DESIGN may substitute an unavailable product with an appropriate alternative while maintaining the agreed style, functionality and package standard.
What if my developer already provides appliances or furniture?
We review the developer specification before defining the final package. The project scope and final package price are adapted accordingly.
Are your package prices fixed?
The prices shown on the website are indicative budget ranges for a typical 1-bedroom apartment. Every property is reviewed individually before the final scope and package price are confirmed.
How much does furnishing a 1-bedroom apartment cost?
Essential: approx. USD 15,000–17,000. Signature: approx. USD 20,000–22,000. Luxe: from approx. USD 25,000. Final pricing depends on the property and the agreed scope.
What about larger properties?
2- and 3-bedroom apartments, penthouses and villas are quoted individually, based on a furnishing package plus a turnkey design and project fee.
Can you manage the project if I am abroad?
Yes. Our turnkey model is specifically designed for owners who do not want or are unable to coordinate the furnishing process locally.
Do you also manage rental properties?
HOME NOW DESIGN works in partnership with MYDRAPART Property Management. Property management services can be discussed separately after the furnishing project is completed.
