We work primarily with international property owners who want to furnish their Dominican Republic property without having to manage the process themselves.
Our role goes far beyond selecting furniture. We design the interior, source products, coordinate suppliers, organise logistics, manage installation and complete the final styling.

Discovery & questionnaire
We begin with your property and your goals. You tell us how the property will be used, whether it is primarily an investment or a private home, your preferred styles, the colours you like and dislike, the atmosphere, your priorities and the furnishing standard you have in mind.

Property review
We review the property layout and the developer specification. We establish what is already included and what still needs to be provided.

Package & budget
We recommend the appropriate HOME NOW package and define the final scope. Once the scope and package price are agreed, the project begins.

Design direction
We develop the overall interior concept. You approve the design direction, not every individual furniture purchase.

Sourcing & procurement
HOME NOW DESIGN selects products and suppliers according to the agreed concept and package standard.

Logistics & project management
We coordinate suppliers, deliveries, contractors and installation.

Installation & styling
Furniture is assembled and installed. Lighting, textiles, artwork, plants and decorative accessories complete the property.

Final handover
