Developers in the Dominican Republic deliver properties with different specifications. Some apartments already include major appliances, air conditioning, televisions, lighting or bathroom equipment, while others may be delivered with significantly less.
For this reason, HOME NOW packages are defined by the agreed level of finish and project scope rather than by an identical fixed product list. Before the project begins, we review:

The agreed price applies to the complete HOME NOW furnishing package. Individual furniture, accessories and equipment are selected by HOME NOW DESIGN within the agreed design direction, functionality and package standard.
Products may vary depending on availability, lead times, property requirements and local market conditions. Where necessary, individual products may be substituted with equivalent alternatives while maintaining the agreed overall standard, functionality and design concept.
